Just a reminder to tune in to PBS' Great Performances tonight to watch the 2012 documentary that focused on Paul Simon's return trip to South Africa in 2011 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of his landmark album GracelandPaul Simon's Graceland Journey: Under African Skies is scheduled to air at 9 p.m. ET on select channels; check your listings for exact airtimes.

The film follows Simon as he travels back to South Africa to reconnect and perform with his Graceland collaborators.  It also features conversations with the singer/songwriter as he recalls the making of the album and the controversy surrounding his decision to record with African musicians during a time when a cultural boycott of South Africa had been imposed to protest the country's apartheid policy.  Under African Skies also includes interviews with Paul McCartney, David Byrne, Quincy Jones and Harry Belafonte, among others.
