It's no secret that when it comes to pro sports, I'm all about football and baseball, specifically rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Philadelphia Phillies.  Sad to say though that Philly won't be getting their 2nd world championship in the world of football as the Eagles went down in defeat to the Arizona Cardinals last week.

In the meantime, I'm in a sports void until early April when the wonderful season of spring is already in gear and so is the great American pasttime of baseball.  For whatever reason, I'm just not into hockey or basketball...maybe the action is too fast for me to keep up.

So far this winter season, it's been a real blast to be part of the Slope Spies team.  Last Saturday, we were at Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ and as always, it's a lot of fun to see the faces of the winners claiming their prizes.  Make sure you visit the Slope Spies section of www.wsus1023.com to see where we're at for the rest of the season.  You might just score yourself a free pair of skis or a cool snowboard!

Finally, I'm whipping myself into shape.  Yes, the holidays got me out of whack and one of my main motivating factors is that I'm planning to attend my 25th year high school reunion in May.  The only difference is that I've got a workout buddy to help me along, so this time I'll have no excuses.  I hope to be a lean, mean and better looking individual in the next few months!
