Often times, many of us get caught up in the "reality TV" world and when you watch one episode, you either tune out immediately or you are so emotionally invested in it that you can't help but wait to see what happens the next time the show airs.  This is case with me tuning into the Fox network's "Hell's Kitchen".  I think it's hilarious watching Chef Gordon Ramsay bark out at the potential chefs as they attempt to win an executive chef position at one of his restaurants.  Without going into great detail as to how it all boils down to the remaining contestants, Petrozza and Christina, it's tough to say who will win because I think they both have a great attitude and equally deserve to be this year's winner.  Of course, if I get to sample their recipes, then I might be able to clearly determine who would win...
Speaking of food, nothing beats a long 4th of July Independence Day holiday weekend than heading to my Mom's house in southern NJ for some home cooked meals and delicious barbecue.  Of course, this throws my diet out the window temporarily, but I'll be back to "power walking" during my lunch hours and gulping down water constantly througout the day.  Happy 232nd Birthday to the good old U.S.A.!
