I'll have to let the pictures tell more of the story after this Epic Weekend In Pictures. I had a fantastic time at Crystal Springs Beer & Food Festival. It's one of my favorite days every year. The weather held out long enough for us to enjoy fun.
Friday night I had fun at The Irish Cottage Inn with a few of my besties. Great way to kick off the weekend for sure. Saturday morning I was able to tackle some errands before Crystal Springs Beer & Food Festival. I broke my dry cleaning record with 19 shirts. That bill will sting a bit LOL. I was able to go to Beer & Food Festival with bestie Brad. There was one beer that I really didn't care for. I couldn't figure it out, I usually like a Peroni italian beer once in a great while. Turns out it was a 0.0 alcohol free beer! Whoops. LOL. I do like the Sam Adams and Heineken non alcoholic versions, but definitely apparently not Peroni.
Saturday night was more of a chill night on my deck. I was happy to dodge any potential inclement weather.
Sunday morning I surprised bestie Jennifer with some flowers. It was fun relaxing on her deck with her as we caught each other up on how our weeks have been recently. She then took me for a nice walk around Highland Lakes and it was so peaceful. I'm very happy I made the impromptu decision to give her flowers and hang out with her. I figured the flowers I gave her for Mother's Day last month were long gone, so why not give her fresh new ones.
My friend Cassie told me she was working at Wine Country in Franklin so I paid her a visit for a few minutes. It was fun catching up with her for sure.
Monday was our annual DPD Weigand Farm Golf Classic. They had a record breaking 400 golfers! Next year we're going to try for 500. Terrific turnout.
Work wife bestie Shawn and I were able to golf with our new friends Dan and Joel from Visions Federal Credit Union. All day all of us were just so thankful to be golfing at Crystal Springs. Even I hit a few decent shots that I was psyched with. That means next time I'll likely be a disaster on the golf course lol.
