New Jersey High School student's "Chewbacca" prank is hilarious

Noel Hecht is a freshman at Haddon Township High School and a big fan of Star Wars. His friend Seamus Taulane is also a big Star Wars fan. Noel recently pranked his buddy Seamus with a hilarious Jedi Mind Trick. He printed up about 50 flyers advertising a "Chewbacca roar contest." He posted them in various South Jersey locations and in parts of Philadelphia. The winner of the contest would get a $50.00 reward. The flyer gave a number to call and instructed participants to leave a voice message with their best Chewbacca impression. The number on the flyer belonged to his friend Seamus. Noel told the Philadelphia Inquirer he thought Seamus would be the perfect target because he was "good at taking jokes" and would find it funny. He also thought Seamus would probably listen to every message. Noel figured his friend would get about 100 calls. The actual number of calls turned out to be 500. The lesson the young men learned according to Seamus: "People can be very determined when it comes to money."
