Sussex Borough Resident Faces Further Drug Charges

A Sussex Borough resident was arrested on July 19 after an undercover narcotics detective caught him distributing marijuana. The detective used a ruse of test driving a car with Grigory Feldshtein to gain his trust and eventually asked about purchasing marijuana from him.

After Feldshtein, who previously lived in Hardyston and Warren, handed over some of the drug the officer left and a search warrant was issued for his home.

The 33-year-old is now facing numerous charges that include third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school, two counts of possession of marijuana and possession of THC wax.

In 2016 Feldshtein allegedly operated a marijuana-laced candy factory and his trial for those charges is expected to occur at the end of the summer.
